Who We Are
Cambridge Community Fellowship Church (CCFC) is an urban church that strives to honor God by living as a body of Christ in Cambridge by loving God, His Church, and our community. We are dedicated to living as the Body of Christ in the city of Cambridge. We seek to preach and teach the gospel and to encourage the church to live out a life in accordance with Scripture. As individuals and as a church, we seek to pour out our lives for the city, that God may be known in Cambridge, Boston, and all the earth.
We are a church community
Sharing a common vision,
Valuing scripture, worship, and prayer,
Building a healing community,
Seeking to be a learning organization and
Committed to leadership development.
Where We've Been
CCFC held its first service on September 1, 1996 in the Central Square neighborhood of Cambridge. Over the years, CCFC has been involved in serving senior citizens through a nursing home ministry, working with neighborhood children through programs such as Children's Church and Vacation Bible School, and reaching at-risk youth through partnerships with the Boston Ten-Point Coalition and the Higher Education Resource Center. We have also sent out numerous short-term missionaries to various countries, including Romania, China, and Vietnam. Most recently, we have seen the birthing of a new church plant in Washington, DC (www.gccc.info).
Who We're Becoming
We are committed to developing disciples of Jesus Christ who live out CCFC's core values: Scripture, Worship & Prayer, Community, Racial Reconciliation, Witness, Social Justice & Urban Ministry, World Missions.
Where We're Headed
